I prefer to work as a long-term marketing leader on a part-time contract basis. This allows me to become embedded in the organization, build a long-term marketing strategy, and lead the marketing implementation work with your current marketing team or with contractors that I bring in from my agency.
I can also take on short-term projects as a brand and marketing strategist, content writer, and project manager.
